OLD BUILDINGS MATTER
Fiddle Leaf has a passion for historic preservation. Nearly all of our major renovations have occured on at least 100 year old buildings. Our oldest property (116 Kansas St.) was built during the peak of the Civil War in 1865.
It is imperative that we invest in restoration efforts rather than demolish these quality structures that tell the story of our country's history.

MAIN STREET MATTERS
Fiddle Leaf believes in the vitality of main street America and it's role in creating a thriving community. Preserving a community's historic downtown buildings is essential to maintaining a connection to it's past and bridging it to it's future.
Through creative restorations, Fiddle Leaf has revitalized previously vacant or underutilized buildings to make them relevant and vibrant spaces that fill voids within the downtown district.
Upstairs living matters
Vacant upper level square footage is perhaps the most underutilized square footage in any city. Fiddle Leaf is intentional about maximizing existing historic building's square footage and adapting it to todays needs.
Housing demands are a need in most American city's and we seek to make a dent by creating additional housing units within an existing building's footprint. This allows for a much more sustainable approach to address housing needs by reducing construction materials, waste, and land.
